The following are fees that I charge to insurance companies:
$125.00 is charged for an initial session.
$100.00/55 minute session is charged.
$90.00/45 minute session is charged.
$95.00/conjoint or family session is charged (45-60 minutes).
If you are paying self-pay then we may make a different arrangement. Please plan to pay via credit card for any online or phone session. You may only be responsible for a co-pay depending on your insurance coverage.
